It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Fred Brewer, who peacefully left this world on June 18th, 2024. A resident of 7 Wallace St. Greenville, South Carolina, United States. He was born on May 18, 1932, to James C. Brewer and Lillian F. Brewer.

Fred was a loving partner to his deceased wife Ruth (Short) Brewer and a devoted father to his five children.Two of which have predeceased him, Jimbo and Sharon Brewer. The surviving children Anthony C. Brewer (spouse Rhonda Brewer), Barry F. Brewer, and Christopher A. Brewer (spouse Patricia Brewer). He was also a proud grandfather to five grandchildren, Michael Brewer, Rebecca Willis, Christopher Brewer, Sharon Reece, and Rachel Hooper. He was also the Great grandfather of 9 great grand kinds. One who is already in heaven with open arms.

Throughout his life, Fred worked in the United States Airforce. After leaving the Airforce he worked in textiles and later as a security officer.textiles and later as a Security Officer. He was actively involved in the VFW Post 10330 organization.

Outside of his professional life, Fred enjoyed playing pool and hosting BBQ's for his friends and family at the VFW. His most favorite past time was eating breakfast almost everyday at the WaffleHouse on 6105 White Horse Rd. You can walk in and ask for what Mr. Fred ate, and they will bring it right out to you. He will be remembered for his warm smile, kind heart, and unwavering dedication to those he loved.

Fred Brewer's legacy will live on through the memories he created with loved ones. May he rest in peace.
