Franshelia Dickens-Green, 53, of Jacksonville Florida, passed away on May 20th, 2023. Franshelia, also known as Franny or Shelia, was born on March 23rd, 1970 in Quincy Florida to Johnny Dickens and Mary Hartsfield-Dickens. She Attended William Penn High School in Philadelphia Pa. She was a certified nursing assistant and a state-certified medical technician. Franshelia had a passion for caring for others and worked her way up from a CNA to a Med Tech at a nursing facility, where she passed out medication and provided care for the elderly.

Franshelia was a very sensitive but loving person who had a love for her family that was unmatched. She married the love of her life, Gregory Green, and together they had three children, Shanikqua, Cierra, and Michael Green. Franshelia was also a stepmother to Marcus and Gregory Green Jr. She enjoyed going to the casino and hanging out with her nephews Clayton Damon Terrace and Tavon. Franshelia grandchildren was the light of her life.

She was survived by her husband Gregory Green Children Shanikqua Cierra, Michael, Gregory and Marcus Green. Father Johnny Dickens Two brothers John Wallop and Carl Hartsfield One sister Catina Hartsfield three uncles Robert, David and William Smith three aunts Hazel Hartsfield, Lavetra Boyd and Willie Miller (Pop Pop) nine grandchildren, three nieces, nine nephews, and her best friend, Eric Shelly. And A host of cousins, Family and Friends.

Franshelia was preceded in death by her mother Mary Hartsfield Dickens one Aunt Edna Shelly three uncles Joseph, Madison and Ronnie Hartsfield and my grandparents Marie and Joseph Hartsfield.
