JAMESTOWN — Franklin Lloyd Kelly, 53, of Jamestown passed away unexpectedly at his residence on Sunday, May 10. Frank was born on March 18, 1962 in Washington C.H. to Barbara (Shoemaker) Smith and the late Mahlon Kelly. He was a 1981 graduate of Miami High School and a proud veteran of the Marine Corps. Frank spent many years working on the family farms and as a law enforcement and security officer. He is survived by his wife, Beth (Burke) Kelly; son, Kenneth (Nikki) Kelly; daughter, Aimee Jo Kelly; mother, Barbara (Shoemaker) Smith of Henderson, NV; sisters, Jennifer Botsford and Kendra Smith of Las Vegas, NV; maternal grandmother, Ruby Shoemaker of Martinsville; and many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Frank is preceded in death by his father; step-father, Kenneth Smith; and grandparents, James and Marjorie Kelly and Franklin Shoemaker.
