Frankie Duncan, 83, of Radford, Virginia, passed on August 12, 2023. Frankie was born on August 07, 1940. Frankie was an amazing father and grandfather. He will be greatly missed. Survived by Christen Cross (granddaughter) Gracie Cross (great granddaughter), son Alfred Duncan, and his favorite pup Scooby.
