This obituary is administered by:
KENOSHA - Frank Rosinski passed away unexpectedly on Monday, February 29, 2016, at United Hospital Systems – St. Catherine’s Campus. Frank was born on March 8, 1927, in Kenosha, and was the son of the late Boleslaw “Ben” and Jozefa (Scrupa) Rosinski. On August 22, 1953, at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Crandon, he married Lena Ardith Wilson. Frank met Ardith in November of 1952, during deer season. They were introduced to each other by Frank’s friend and Ardith’s brother who served together in the service during WWII. Sadly, after 61 years of marriage, Ardith preceded him in death on February 27, 2015. Frank was employed with AMC/Chrysler Corp. for 46 years as a tool grinder, retiring in 1991. He was a member of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church, the NRA and was a member of the UAW Local #72 Retirees. Frank enjoyed the outdoors; including hunting, fishing and gardening. He especially enjoyed family and spending time at his second home in Crandon. He is survived by his two sons, Ed and Dan (Ellen) Rosinski; his grandchildren, Lauren, Nicole, Jenna, and Ben and a sister, Charlotte Martin. In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by his children, Frank, Robert, Deborah and Steven and his siblings, John and Jeanette. Funeral Services will be held on Friday, March 4, 2016. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church, 1919 54th Street. Relatives and friends are asked to meet at the church for the mass. Interment will follow in St. Casimir Cemetery. A visitation for Frank will be held at the funeral home on Thursday, March 3rd from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial remembrances to Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church would be appreciated. Piasecki-Althaus Funeral Home & Cremation Services 3720 39th Avenue Kenosha, Wisconsin 53144 262-658-4101 Online Condolences at www.piasecki-althaus.com
