We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Frank Ruskin Jr., born on October 27, 1947, in River Ridge, Louisiana. He peacefully left this world on December 15, 2025.

Frank was the son of Frank Ruskin Sr. and Leila White. He was a beloved member of the River Ridge community and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Frank leaves behind 6 children and 8 grandchildren but his memory will live on in the hearts of his family and friends Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral service on Friday January 9th 2026 at 1:00 p.m. at Richardson Funeral Home, 11112 Jefferson Hwy., River Ridge, LA 70123. Visitation will begin at 12:00 p.m. until the time of service. Burial to follow at Providence Memorial Park Cemetery and Mausoleum, 8200 Airline Dr., Metairie, LA 70003.
