Frank Cesareo Solis, 34, passed on January 17, 2023. He was born to Enrique Solos and Sara Ann Gonzales on September 29, 1988.

He married Rebeca Xiomara Lopez Salina and they lived together in Brownsville, Texas. Together they raised 1 child Anthony Josiah Solis (Rebeca Lopez).

Frank graduated from Rio Hondo High School in 2007 and received a degree from the University of Texas at Brownsville .

Frank worked at ICE and was passionate about affecting the most positive change in people.
