Francis T. Rogers1936 - 2014Francis T. Rogers, 77, of Pleasant Prairie, passed away on Wednesday, Feb. 19, 2014, at United Hospital System-Kenosha Campus.He was born on March 19, 1936, in Elmwood Park, Ill., the son of the late Francis and Lucille (Gimberling) Rogers, Sr. Francis was educated in the schools of Elmwood Park, Ill., where he resided before coming to the Kenosha area 24 years ago.On May 6, 1967, he married Rosalie F. Scimone in Elmwood Park, Ill. For 24 years he was self-employed as a builder, specializing in new home construction.Francis served in the United States Army.
