Frances was born on September 30, 1936 to Fester Henry and Annie Lee (Burke) Cook in Hoxie, Arkansas. She was assistant manager for several Motel 6's. She is survived by Katy Ann Bryant Chapman, Dale Bryant McDonald Eliel, Lena Fay Bryant, Raymond Warren Bryant and R.
