We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Fran Jefferson, who was born on December 27, 1968, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, United States. Fran was the beloved child of Mote Crowe and Doris Scott, and the devoted partner of James Jefferson Jr. Fran was a loving parent to their three children Jaylen Jefferson, Justin Jefferson, and Jamia Jefferson.

Fran attended North Division High School in Milwaukee and later went on to earn an Associate of Applied Science degree in Medical Assisting from Bryant & Stratton College. Fran worked as a Business Development Manager and was known for their dedication and expertise in their field.

Fran had a passion for dancing and enjoyed sharing this hobby with loved ones. Their vibrant spirit and warm presence will be deeply missed by all who knew them.

Fran leaves behind four cherished grandchildren, as well as a wide circle of family and friends who will forever hold them in their hearts. May their soul rest in peace.
