Florence Fizer Cash, 63 of Bedford, passed away Wednesday, Nov. 2, 2016 at her residence. She was born on Tuesday, Sept. 29, 1953 in Bedford, a daughter of the late William Earl Fizer and Mitylene Williamson Carter. She was a member of Cool Springs Pentecostal Holiness Church. She is survived by her husband, John W. "Billy" Cash, Jr.; her son, William Dalton Scott of Bedford, John William Cash III and wife, Jami of Bedford; her grandchildren, Tyler Wesley Scott, Samantha Paige Scott, Isaac Dalton Scott, Payton Lynette Scott, John Douglas Cash, Maegan Denice Cash. The family requests those wishing to make memorials to consider the Bedford Humane Society, 829 Ole Turnpike Drive, Bedford, VA 24523.
