Felix Kimmel, 71, of Church Hill, Tennessee, passed on April 23, 2021. Felix was born on November 12, 1949. Felix grew up in Kingsport, TN and spent an admirable 7 years active duty in the U.S. Navy. It's no doubt that his life was complete and he passed away content and his love still radiates from heaven. Rest in God's loving hands Papaw.
