Felix Fonteno Jr., 36, of Galveston, Texas, passed on October 19, 2022. Felix was born on June 14, 1986. Felix was adopted as an infant into a loving home by Betty Ann Fonteno and Felix Fonteno Sr. Felix grew up in Galveston with his adoptive family and as a adolescent reconnected with his biological family. Felix had an infectious personality and possessed the unique ability of being the center of focus in any setting where he was present. Felix had a huge heart and would give his last to any family member in need. Felix enjoyed music, spending time with family, and going on long drives. Felix is survived by his daughter Heavenly, mother Karen, a host of siblings, aunts, and uncles, Felix was preceded in death by his foster mother Betty Ann Fonteno, Foster father Felix Fonteno Sr. and father James Rickey "M.M." Lazare.
