Harlingen, TX - Felipa De Jesus "Fela" Caballero, 80, passed away on Saturday, November 26, 2016, in Harlingen, Texas. She was born on February 5, 1936 in Naranjo, Texas to Victor and Rafaela Rodriguez.Felipa is preceded in death by her grandson, Toby Caballero; her parents; and son-in-law, Modesto Villagomez.Left to cherish her memory are her loving husband of 56 years, Guadalupe Caballero; their children, Guadalupe Caballero Jr. (Patricia), Leticia Cariaga (Albert), Mary Villagomez (Pedro Cerda), Pedro Caballero, and Harvey Caballero; grandchildren, Erik Villagomez, Adrian Villagomez, Jacob Caballero, Sarah and Hannah Caballero, Aaron Cariaga, Alejandra Cariaga, and Shelby Rosales; great grandchildren, Elijah Jacob Caballero and Jazzlyn Renee Veliz; brothers and sister, Linda Juarez, Janie Rodriguez, Victor Rodriguez, and Hector Rodriguez; and numerous nephews and nieces.Visitation will be held on Monday, November 28, 2016, from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. with a prayer service at 7 p.m.Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 29, 2016, at 10 a.m. at Trinity Funeral Chapel with Pastor Peter Pinon officiating.
