Celebration of Life

Felicia Edwards , 55 of San Bernardino, California, passed on March 01, 2023. Felicia was born on December 06, 1967, to parents Houston Summers and Brenda Edwards in Los Angeles CA where she was raised by her Great Aunt Ailetus Cissell til the age of 8, when she moved to Pomona CA with her mother and siblings. Felicia would continue to be raised in Pomona until her senior year of high school when she returned to Los Angeles CA living with her father and graduating from Manuel Arts in 1984. Shortly after graduation Felicia went back to Pomona where she began to start her own family with the birth of twins Danontay and Damontay Berry, following was the birth of her one and only daughter Feasha Rouzan, then the younger two boys Pierre and Rondell Gutter. Felicia remained in Pomona raising her family until she met and married Robert Keaton, then shortly after becoming married the couple moved their family to San Bernardino county, then the high desert where her family continued to grow with the births of her 23 grandchildren. She definitely was proud of her family of the 23 grandchildren there are only 6 boys. She had the boys and got the girls from the grands. Felicia was a peaceful person she didn't like to be around confrontation and drama and she raised her family to be the same way. Felicia was close with her baby sister and her kids she helped raise her three nephews Dennis Robinson, Gregory Richmond ll, and Eddie White she was a big influence in their lives the bond she had with them was like the bond with her very own kids. She was the strength behind our family. When she began her battle with Kidney failure she showed tremendous strength going through all the surgeries and treatment three times a week for 12years. As the years passed she fought harder and harder through the battle until she could no longer fight. When the time came and she couldn't fight anymore she let go and let GOD take control of the life which was his. Felicia is preceded in death by her mother Brenda Edwards, husband Robert Keaton, sister Elizabeth Edwards, and brother James Carradine. Felicia is survived by her father Houston Summers, paternal siblings brother Houston Summers jr, and sister Billie-Joe Summers, maternal siblings brother Dennis Edwards, and sisters Paula Edwards, and Chereese "Precious" King, her five children, 23 grandchildren, 6 nephews, 3 nieces, 6 great nieces and nephews, an army of family members, and a host of friends. One friend in particular is Ms. Adrian "Rena" Studway. Felicia and Rena were friends over 35years and they couldn't have been closer if they were blood related. They were more than friends they were sisters and nothing or no one could ever change that. Felicia will be missed dearly by all those that knew her. To know her was to love her. We Love you Felicia Always and Forever ♾️❤️
