In the vibrant neighborhood of Toledo, Ohio, Federico Garcia took his last breath on June 15, 2026, just a few months shy of reaching the grand age of 94. Born on September 22, 1932, to Manuel and Josephina, Federico lived a life full of adventures, laughter, and love.

A devoted husband to his beloved wife Ruth, whom he married in 1958, Federico cherished every moment they spent together. Their partnership was a lovely tale of companionship, spiced with laughter and joy.

Federico was the proud father of Frederick, who alongside his wonderful spouse Maria, brought more joy into his life. Federico's heart swelled with pride for his three grandchildren, Luz, Federico (Ashley) Brianca (Angelo) who filled his days with delight and mischief.

When he wasn't enjoying time with family, one could often find Federico in the great outdoors, indulging in his passions for hunting and hiking. Whether it was the thrill of a perfect shot or the serenity of a mountain trail, he embraced nature with open arms and a big smile.

Federico Garcia will be dearly missed by all who knew him. His warm spirit, adventurous heart, and infectious laughter will forever echo in the lives of those he touched. Farewell, dear Federico, until we meet again on the trails beyond. 

A Memorial Service will be held Saturday June 20th at 10 am at Saint Peter and Paul church
