Fannie was a devoted wife to her partner Harold Cooper Sr. and a loving mother to her children, Mary Cooper Crowder and Samuel Earl Cooper. She took great pride in her children's education and supported them as they attended Wake County Public Schools.

Throughout her life, Fannie was a faithful church member who found joy in serving her community and spreading love and kindness to those around her. She will be remembered for her unwavering faith and dedication to her beliefs.

On September 25, 2025, Fannie passed away due to complications from a brain tumor. Her memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew her, and she will be dearly missed by all who had the pleasure of crossing paths with her.
