Fabian L. Carter Cook, 52, also known as Pooh Pooh, of Niagara Falls, New York, passed on September 17, 2022. Fabian was born on January 29, 1970, to Annie G, Carter, and the late Thomas L. Cook.

Fabian went to LaSalle High School. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, fishing, playing cards, and bowling. He enjoyed spending time with his family and helped in raising his children and grandchildren.

He was survived by 6 sisters, Tracey Cook, Charlene Cook, Candice Hunt (deceased), Tomasina Cook, Jeanine Cook, and Debra Carter, and 4 brothers, Adrian Carter, Thomas L. Cook Jr, Lee Carter, Ernest Carter, and will be forever cherished by his loving children Fabian L. Carter II, Justin Lankin, Rashaunda Carter, Gabrielle Snider, Khavaughn Carter, Devonte Sealey, Naomi Carter, Bryan Ferguson, and several grandchildren, uncles, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins. Also his stepmother Amanda Cook (deceased). He was predeceased in death by his favorite cousin Troy Carter.
