Everlene Kilgore, born on May 19, 1925, in Grand Rapids, Michigan, passed away on February 1, 2025, at the age of 99. She was the beloved daughter of Cadis John Franklin Kilgore and Beaulah Jones Kilgore.

Everlene was a devoted mother to her three children, Michael Craig Kilgore and his spouse Scherrie Lynn Kilgore, James Earl Kilgore, and Amecia Kilgore. She took great joy in her role as a grandmother to eight grandchildren.

After graduating from Liberty Hill High School in 1953, Everlene began her career at Corduroy Rubber/Meijer, where she worked diligently until her retirement in 1983. In her free time, she enjoyed cooking and serving as a foster care giver.

Everlene also found fulfillment in volunteering at her church, where she was always ready to lend a helping hand to those in need.

Everlene Kilgore will be remembered for her kind heart, generous spirit, and love for her family. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
