Everett E. Myers 1936 - 2015 Everett E. Myers, 79, of Union Grove passed away on Wednesday, Sept. 9, 2015, at Grande Prairie Nursing and Rehabilitation. Everett was born on March 24, 1936, in the Town of Paris to Wallace and Evelyn (Bullamore) Myers. He graduated from the Racine County School of Agriculture and Domestic Economy in 1953 and received his Associates Degree in Accounting from Gateway Technical College. Everett married Mary Ling on July 12, 1958, at Wesley Chapel in Bristol. He was a dairy farmer for over 35 years and worked as an accountant for 15. Everett was a giving man who volunteered his time as much as he could. He was on the Kenosha County Breakfast Committee, AMPI and the Farm Bureau. He was awarded the Outstanding Young Farmer Award, was a member of the Holstein Association, at the national, state and county levels and he was a 4-H Project Leader. Everett served on the Board of Directors at ABS, a member of the Paris zoning board and a driver for Volunteer Escorts. He was a longtime member of Wesley Chapel in Bristol and served on the church board for many years. He enjoyed being outdoors working with his hands, gardening, farming and mowing lawns. He was preceded in death by, his parents; and his twin brother, Robert Myers. Everett is survived by, his wife of 57 years Mary of Union Grove; two sons, David Myers and Roger Myers; his daughter, Diane Myers; his brother, Ralph Myers. Funeral services for Everett will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 12, 2015, at Wesley Chapel Methodist Church (10239 – 136th Avenue) with burial to follow at South Bristol Cemetery. A visitation will be held on Saturday at the church from 9 a.m. until the time of service. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Wesley Chapel Methodist Church or to a in Everett's name would be greatly appreciated.
