Everett (Kris) McGraw, of Flushing, Ohio, passed away on February 26, 2025, at the age of 42. Born on October 17, 1982, Kris was a beloved son to his mother the late Elsie Barnes and a devoted father to his daughter Esme McGraw, who he shared with Jasmine Ghent.

Kris attended Zanesville High School and had a passion for cooking/baking, drawing, and spending time with his daughter and family. He always had a smile on his face and a kind word for everyone he met.

He is survived by his brothers, Jeremy (Jentry) McGraw, Joshua (Tina) McGraw, Benjamin and Justin Barnes. His nieces Ashley McGraw, Shanna (Nathon) Macmillan, Cheyanne (Jacob) Stephen, Jocelyn McGraw, Lovella McGraw, Olivia McGraw and Keeley McGraw and Nephews Joshua McGraw Jr., Andrew McGraw, and James McGraw Great nieces and nephews Madeleine Macmillan, Emerick Kelley, Kayden Macmillan, Aubree McGraw, Jacob Stephen Jr and Lawrence Macmillan, Kyndrix McGraw,Kaisley McGraw,Ariel Cogswell, Oliver McGraw.

Known for his quick wit and infectious laughter, Kris will be deeply missed by all who knew him. In lieu of flowers or monetary donations, the family requests that donations be made to the funeral home in Kris's memory to cover the costs.

Rest in peace, Kris. Your light will continue to shine in the hearts of those who knew and loved you.
