Evelyn Watson, age 98, of Brookville, passed away at the McKinley Health Center on Saturday, July 25, 2015. She was born on May 19, 1917, in Dudley, PA, to Roy E. and Eva (Horton) Black. She was married to Dallas E. Heaton, who preceded her in death in 1971. In 1975 she married James A. Watson, who preceded her in death in 2004. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church, Methodist Women, she was a past president of Study Club, a member of Sewing Club, and was a teacher's aid for the Brookville Area School District. She enjoyed traveling, and spending time with family and friends. She is survived by one son; Dallas "Jack" (Hindy) Heaton of Charlotte, NC; two daughters, Janice Sebring of Brookville, PA; Janet (Earl) Martz, of New Bethlehem, PA; 6 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; and 3 great-great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents and husbands, she is preceded in death by one brother, Thomas Black; a grandson, Timothy Sebring; and a great-grandson, Tyler Sebring. A family service was held for her on Monday, July 27, 2015, at the McKinney Funeral Home in Brookville PA. Interment took place at the Dudley Methodist Cemetery in Dudley, PA.
