Evelyn Goodrich, 73, of Sulphur, Louisiana, passed on August 25, 2023. Evelyn was born on August 08, 1933. Known to family as Chu Chu passes away in her home in Dyson surrounded by loved ones. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, August 28, 2023 at St. Basil Cemetery. Deacon Cody Miller will officiate the services.

Visitation hours will be at Walter Funeral Home on Sunday, August 27,2023 from 4:00p.m. until 9:00 p.m..,and will resume on Monday. August 28,2023 from 8:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. A rosary will be prayed on Sunday evening at 6:00p.m.

A native of Sulphur, LA Evelyn lived in Dyson Lafayette for most of her life. She was married to Jack Goodrich for 69 years. Evelyn is survived by one son Rodney (Savoy) Goodrich; two daughters Pam (Savoy) Breaux, Cindy (Dan) Theriot a host of grandkids and one sister Kimberley Savoy, brother Michael Savoy.
