SAN DIMAS, CALIFORNIA - Eusebio "E.N." Navarro Ramirez, Jr. was born on October 23, 1946 in Ozona, Texas to Eusebio and Alicia Ramirez.He grew up in Odessa, Texas and graduated from Ector High School in May 1965 in the top 10 of his class.He immediately joined the United States Air Force where he served honorably from June 2, 1965 to June 1, 1969. He was awarded numerous medals such as the National Defense Service Medal, Air Force Commendation Medal, Weapons/Marksman Expert Medal, Air Force Outstanding Unit Award, Presidential Unit Citation Award, Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal, Vietnam Campaign Medal, and Vietnam Service Medal. While in the service, he married his high school sweetheart, Pamela Davis-Ramirez, on August 12, 1967. After serving in the Air Force, he received his Bachelor of Business Administration Management degree from UT-PB and worked for Southwestern Bell/AT&T for over 25 years.E.N. peaceably passed away to be with his Lord on November 1, 2016 at the age of 70 in San Dimas, CA due to complications from pulmonary fibrosis. He is survived by Pamela, his wife of 49 years; two daughters, Stephanie Ramirez-Marquez and Courtney Ramirez-Vasilj, M.D.; three grandchildren Keegan, Kaden, and Sophie, all of San Dimas, CA; his mother, Alicia Ramirez of Las Vegas, NV; two brothers, Richard Ramirez of Anchorage, AK, and Simon Ramirez of Oviedo, FL; three sisters, Viola Puga of Wichita Falls, TX, Nancy Luna of Odessa, TX, and Alice Acosta of Las Vegas, NV; and other aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews, as well as countless friends and former colleagues. He was loved by all and will be terribly missed.Services will be held on Monday, November 14, 2016 at Arlington Mortuary, 9645 Magnolia Avenue, Riverside, California as follows:Gathering - 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.Service - 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon;Graveside: 1:00 p.m. at Riverside National Cemetery *For those that wish to send flowers, the mortuary suggests they be delivered early Monday morning prior to viewing.
