KENOSHA - Eugene R. Parks, 74, died Monday, August 6, 2012 at his home, surrounded by his family. He was born on October 25, 1937, in Shell Lake, WI. The son of the late Richard and Mildred (Brown) Parks, he was educated in the schools of Shell Lake. He married Florine DeMoe on May 5, 1979. He worked for Chrysler for over 30 years. He served in the U.S. Army. His hobbies were hunting, camping, and snowmobiling, and riding his motorcycle. He is survived by his four stepchildren, Brenda L. (James) Raab, Douglas F. DeMoe, Tracee G. DeHart, and Joseph P. DeMoe, beloved grandsons Joseph and Jeremey DeMoe, and Danny Hamilton; one brother, Marvin (Red)Parks; a sister, Sandra Schneider; five grandchildren; and three great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, and a sister Joyce Parks, and a brother Robert Parks. A greeting time will be held on Thursday August 9, 2012 from 10 a.m. till 1 p.m. with a memorial service to follow at 1 p.m. In lieu of flowers memorials for Hospice Alliance would be appreciated by the family.
