ETHEL BELLE BALZER "BOOTS" Ethel Belle Balzer "Boots" passed away December 4, 2016 at the age of 90. She was born on July 22, 1926 in Aurora, Colorado to Daniel and Nettie Weekley. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Chester Balzer. She is survived by her five sons: Chester (Nancy) Highland, IN, Randy Myrtle Beach, SC, Richard (Angie) Medford, OR, Robert (Cheryl) Hobart, IN, Chris (Linda) Payson, AZ; niece, Joy Bindues, Montrose, CO. She was blessed to have eight grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, and three great, great grandchildren. Friends may visit with the family Friday, December 9, 2016 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM at Burns Kish funeral home, 8145 Calumet Avenue, Munster, IN. Funeral Mass will take place Saturday, December 10, 2016 at St. Bridget's Parish, 568 E 2nd St, Hobart, In. with Father Dominic Bertino officiating. Visitation at the church from 9:00 to 10:00 AM with Mass beginning at 10:00. Burial will be in Calumet Park cemetery in Merrillville, IN.
