Esther Rose LoydMrs. Esther Rose Loyd, age 95, of Billings, Missouri, passed away on Monday, January 30, 2017, in Republic Nursing and Rehab, Republic, Missouri. She was born on March 25, 1921 in Springfield, Missouri, the daughter of Henry and Rose (Pryor) Kraft.She was preceded in death by her husband of almost 52 years, Claud Loyd on November 10, 1992; her parents; a sister, Mildred Harding; twin brother, Lester Kraft; and an older brother, Oscar Kraft.Esther is survived by two sons and their wives, Harold and Clydene Loyd, Brookfield, Mo., and John and Dian Loyd, Billings, Mo.; a granddaughter, Tina Loyd, Dallas, Texas; and many other extended family and friends.A visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m., on Thursday, February 2, 2017 in Meadors Funeral Home, Billings Chapel. The funeral service will be at 2:30 p.m., on Friday, February 3, 2017, also in the funeral home. Burial will follow the service in Rose Hill Cemetery, Billings.
