Esther Ann MendeEsther Ann Mende, 82, passed away on Sunday, October 1, 2017 at her home in Davie, Florida. Her son, Bill was with her at her bedside as she passed from this life to the next. Esther Mende was born on January 30, 1935 in Lockland, Ohio to Charles and Sarah Price. She is preceded in death by her late Husband, William and Daughter Vicky Lynne. Esther is survived by her beloved Son, Bill and her Granddaughter, Tiffany Lynne. Esther, or "Ginger" as she was known to her family and friends, was our "Suprgal" as her vanity plate on her car would attest. Rest in peace, Mommom. We know you are laughing it up with the love of your life, your husband Bill and Vicky Lynne, your loving daughter in heaven right now and having a good ol' time! You loved with everything you had and were the most positively influential person in our lives! You taught us how to bargain shop, to forgive others and not to sweat the small stuff. You are our "Tough ol' Bird" as you always said and fought hard until the very end. With your "Ginger" colored hair, red lipstick and fancy outfits, you lit up any room and everyone's day when they met you! You promised to be our "Guardian Angel" before you left this earth and told us to keep an eye out for rainbows. That would be you looking out for us! We are so thankful that we got to spend your last days on Earth with you. Giving you lots of kisses, you were giving us that I love you wink even when you couldn't speak. We had the privilege to take care of you and we are so grateful for that! We're glad you were here with us long enough to see how your "number one son" and your strong, positive granddaughter turned out. You left us your legacy Mommom.
