Estelle Irene Wright was born in Columbia, South Carolina on February 15, 1925 as the 2nd child to Shepard and Mattie Wright. She was partially raised by her grandparents, Shepard and Emma Wright on a farm in Columbia. She had 3 sisters, Lililee , Beatrice, Juanita,1 brother Shepard. 3 children, Frances Norfleet, Ivy Plummer, Vincent Sisco and 1 grandchild, Jerry Norfleet and 3 husbands all predecease. Estelle is survived by her children: Beverly McKay, Leslie Sisco, Robin Sisco, 14 grands, 34 great-grands, 10 1/2 great-great grands and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.

When Estelle's mother got ill she and her sister Lililee would earn money to help out the family. At the age of 18 Estelle married Frank Carter and they had Frances. In 1945 Estelle and her family moved to Harlem, NY, her and Frank divorced . To support her family she worked different jobs, from house keeping to factory work. In 1950 she met and married Leslie Sisco, together had 5 children they were married for 22 years.

In 1973 Estelle married David Wright, he and her both got their GED together and she pursued her schooling to become an CNA. In 1980 Estelle and David both retired and moved to New Port Richey, Florida. Estella has always kept herself busy as an entrepreneur, she would sell things from Tupperware to Excel phone plans. In 1991 Estelle dedicated her life to Jehovah and was a faithful in the ministry for many years. In 1997 David preceeded her in death.

2009 Estelle and children moved to Elmira, NY, where she started attending the local Kingdom Hall. When she was losing her sight and was not able to read her lessons, she would get weekly visits from the brothers and sisters who helped her to keep up with her studies. Her son Lee and the sisters from the Kingdom Hall would take her out in the ministry with them, so she can keep active serving Jehovah. Her children would make sure that she was able to attend her meetings and conventions. Estelle loved her family unconditionally and was always there for support. She would set example on how to make life better by giving positive talk about how bright it is on the other side when you apply yourself to whatever you are doing. Her favorite quote when something good happens was "Get excited." She was the strong force in the family and the Matriach. During her elder age, Estelle loved to travel, she did not like to sit home too long. She had attended her family reunion for 41 years and would had done more if not for Covid pandemic. Estelle truly loved life, she would show love to everyone that she met. Estelle stayed loyal to Jehovah to the end at the age of 96 and we will see her again in paradise.
