Essie Louise McCants, 68, passed on July 22, 2022. She was born to Claude and Betty in Washington D. C., Washington, D.C. on April 28, 1954.

Together they raised 1 child Tameshia.

Essie graduated from Western Senior Highschool in 1971 and received a degree from the Strayer Business College .

She will be missed by all who knew her. She leaves to cherish her memories many nieces julea ferebee , many nephews , three godchildren allen and kaleb, and a host of beloved relatives and friends.
