Esperanza Martinez, of Wichita Falls, Texas, passed away on July 26, 2025, at the age of 81.

Esperanza, born on October 5, 1943, lived a colorful and vibrant life filled with love and laughter. She brought joy to everyone she met with her infectious smile and warm personality.

Esperanza was a devoted mother to her three children, Molly Juniel, Erma Martinez, and Alli Colbert. She adored her family and took great pride in watching her children grow into the amazing individuals they are today.

One of Esperanza's favorite pastimes was bowling. She could always be found at the local bowling alley, where she would impress everyone with her skill and competitive spirit.

Esperanza leaves behind her the daughters, Molly, Erma, Alli, nine precious grandchildren, Anya, Jesse, Andre, Caroline, Joycelyn, Kleve, Jose, Bella, Luis and 7 great grandchildren who she loved dearly and who brought her endless happiness.

Although Esperanza may no longer be with us, she is now with her husband, Anastacio Martinez and her spirit and zest for life will continue to inspire all those who knew and loved her. She will be deeply missed, but never forgotten. There will be a private celebration of life ceremony with family and close friends.
