Eric Smith, 22, of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, passed on February 05, 2022. Eric's passing is a result of the unfortunate reality of young African-American males losing their lives too soon in Philadelphia. Eric was born on December 21, 1999. Everyone who has known Eric can agree that he lit up every room that he walked into. He kept his friends, family, and loved ones in constant laughter with his witty jokes and deep sense of humor. In his younger teenage years, he enjoyed attending the mall to hang out with friends. A lot of our youth are forced to grow up too quickly in order to survive in their environment. One thing that can said about Eric is that no matter how dark times were, he always navigated through life with a smile. Eric will be dearly missed by his surviving family, friends, and loved ones.
