Enrique Torres SanchezSonoraEnrique Torres Sanchez, 83, passed away on Tuesday, Nov. 15, 2016 in El Paso, surrounded by family. Enrique was born on Jan. 1, 1933, in Coleman, to Juan and Aurora Sanchez. He married the love of his life Antonia Landeros on Jan. 3, 1961, in Muzquiz, Coah Mexico. He was a lifelong resident of Sonora. He leaves behind his beloved wife of 55 years, Antonia; his children Enrique (Elena), David, Fermin (Gaye), Ismael (Palmira), Ricardo, Alicia (Jerry), and Alma (Ricardo); His grandchildren Nicole (Chris), Michele (Adam), Zachary, Amanda (Daniel), Stacy, Michael, Katrina, Jacob, Yolanda, Monica, Kristy, Isabella, Adan, Emily, Ariana, Andres and Joaquin; His great-grandchildren, Malachi, Mayah, Urijah, Alexia, Ellah, Hudson, Camila and Olivia. His is survived by his sister Virginia Segundo; and brother Eulalio Sanchez (Olga). He is also survived by his sisters-in-law Olivia Lopez (Fermin), Pepa Fuentes (Francisco); and brother-in-law Francisco Landeros. He had a passion for life. He took great pride in his family and his work. He helped build many bridges across the State of Texas. Enrique was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. Together with his wife they raised a beautiful family. He made sure to instill in his children an excellent work ethic. Rosary is at 7 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 17, 2016, at Love Funeral Home. Mass to be celebrated at St. Ann's Catholic Church, Friday Nov. 18, 2016, at 10 a.m. Interment will follow at the cemetery in Sonora. Online condolences may be made at lovefuneralhome.net.
