Emtithal Sarraj, of Damascus, Dimashq, Syria, passed away on November 28, 2024, at the age of 89. She was born on April 5, 1935, to loving parents in Syria.

Emtithal was a devoted wife to her husband Sa'ad Sarraj, whom she married in the year 1947. Together, they raised four children: Bassel Sarraj, Tareef Sarraj, Wael Sarraj, and Danya Sarraj. Emtithal was also blessed with five grandchildren.

She was a kind and compassionate woman who always put her family first. Emtithal had a warm smile that could light up a room and a heart of gold that touched everyone she met. She will be remembered for her selflessness, generosity, and unwavering love for her family.
