Perry, age 29 of Madison, died unexpectedly Wednesday, August 31, 2016 at University Hospital, Madison, Wisconsin.Emily Perry was born on August 22, 1987 in Manitowoc, daughter of Debra A. (Gates) Perry.Survivors include her mother: Debra Perry, Manitowoc; one brother: Nicholas Gates, Manitowoc; two sisters: Courtney Perry, Manitowoc; and her twin sister: Erica Perry, Green Bay; two special nephews: Isaiah and Elijah, both of Manitowoc, many aunts, uncles, cousins and her NA and AA family also survive. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather: Donald Gates; maternal grandmother: Mary Ann Peterick; two aunts: Tammy Leieker; Lynne Gates-Scherer; one cousin: Tony Hoffman, Jr.A Memorial service will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 6, 2016 at the Reinbold & Pfeffer Family Funeral Home, 818 State Street, Manitowoc. Rev. Scott Stevens will officiate with burial of her cremated remains will take place at Forest View Cemetery in Two Rivers.
