Elvis is survived by his beloved son, Shawn Strachan, who will forever cherish the memories of their time together. He had two brothers Orville Strachan and Leon Strachan. He also had two sisters Michelle Strachan and Lavern Strachan.

Known for his quick wit, infectious smile, and love for music, Elvis brought joy to all who knew him. He had a passion for life and a heart as big as his mother, Rose Strachan
