Elsie Williams, of Tampa, Florida, passed away on May 5, 2024 at the age of 77. She was born on March 12, 1947.

Elsie was a devoted mother to her four children. She was known for her kindness, generosity, and unwavering love for her family.

She will be remembered for her incredible strength and resilience in the face of adversity. Elsie’s spirit and love will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.

She is survived by her four children and eight grandchildren.
