Elsie Maxine MajewskiElsie Maxine Majewski, 88, of Springfield, MO passed away on August 12, 2017 at The Arbors Ravenwood Assisted Living.Elsie Maxine was born on June 20, 1929 in Rushville, Missouri to James Clarence and Cora Agnes (Lentz) Wilson.Maxine married Daniel Majewski on May 5, 1951 in St. Joseph, Missouri. He preceded her in death on January 9, 2000. She was also preceded in death by her son Richard, parents, and six brothers; Woodrow, Robert, Vernon, Joseph, Bill, and Carl Wilson, and sister Fern Sharp (Wilson).She is survived by her children Nancy Raymond, David Majewski, Rheba Johnson, and Susan Vait, brothers; James and Ralph Wilson and sisters; Virginia Rutter, Margaret Wall, and Ruth Jones. Along with 9 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, and 4 great-great grandchildren.Mass will be held on Wednesday, August 16, 2017 at 10:00 AM at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church with burial to follow at Missouri Veterans Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 15, 2017 at 6:00 PM with a rosary to follow at 7:30 PM at Gorman-Scharpf Funeral Home.
