Ellen Fraizer, 77, of Middlesboro, Kentucky, United States, passed Thursday, March 21, 2019. Ellen was born July 12, 1941.Ellen worked as a secretary for the city of Wauseon, Ohio at the local court house, prior to her retirement. Predeceased by her husband of 36 years, Rallo Fraizer, she is survived by her son, Doug Fraizer and wife Julie, of Columbus OH; her daughter,  Laurie Barnes and husband David, of Hudson IN; her grandchildren, Derek Sommers, Briton Beerbower, Deiter Beerbower Hannah Harp Holden Fraizier and her Five great-grandchildren. Family and friends are invited to gather for a graveside service on March 25, 2019.
