Today, we mourn the loss and celebrate the life of Elizabeth Sanchez, born on September 30, 1957, in Brockton, Massachusetts, United States. She passed away on December 29, 2025, surrounded by her loving family.
Elizabeth was the beloved daughter of Jose Sanchez and Irma Cruz. She leaves behind a legacy of love and strength, instilled in her three children, Kaisha Vanderhorst, Julian Sanchez, and Kairis Sanchez. She also leaves behind four grandchildren Jayden Robles, Isabella Robles, Ariany Cruz, and Ronnie Langham. Her devotion to her family was unwavering, and she took great pride in being a mother and grandmother.
Elizabeth attended Jeremiah E. Burke High School and graduated in 1989. She went on to pursue a career as an Activist and HIV survivor, dedicating her life to raising awareness and advocating for those affected by the disease. Her compassion and determination made a lasting impact on the community.
Elizabeth's passing leaves a void in the hearts of all who knew her. Her spirit will live on through her children and grandchildren, who will carry on her legacy of resilience and compassion.
