A Mass of Christian burial celebrating the life of Elizabeth Marie Palumbo, 80, of Palm Coast, who passed away on Thursday, November 24, 2016, will be on Friday, December 9, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church. Family will be receiving guests on Friday, December 9, 2016 from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. in the memorial room. Elizabeth was born on December 9, 1935 in Bronx, New York to Emil Olivet and Elizabeth Vivona. She attended Hunter College in New York City and received her Master's in Education, her bachelor's in history and received her bachelor's in nursing (RN) from Brookdale College in New Jersey. She worked as a teacher and a nurse. Elizabeth moved to Palm Coast in 1996 from Manalapan, New Jersey. She was a member of Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church. Elizabeth is survived by her husband of 53 years Pat Palumbo of Palm Coast, FL; daughters, Elizabeth Ann Ferguson of Hinckley, OH, Patricia Ann Sanchez of Palm Coast, FL; brother, Joseph Olivet of Middletown, NY; sister, Lucretia Veit of Titusville, FL; grandchildren, Michael Palumbo, Anthony Ferguson, Christopher Ferguson, Isabella Sanchez; many nieces and nephews.
