Here lies Eliza Priego, born on June 8, 1926, in Sacramento City, Colorado, United States. She passed away on March 13, 2024, at the ripe old age of 97.
Eliza was a force to be reckoned with, raising four children - Darlene, Regina, Raymond, and Rachel - who all probably caused her more grey hairs than she would care to admit. Despite the chaos of motherhood, she managed to maintain her sense of humor and quick wit, much to the chagrin of her offspring.
She leaves behind two beautiful grandchildren, who will forever remember her delicious homemade cookies and endless supply of hugs.
Eliza lived a full and vibrant life, filled with laughter, love, and the occasional burnt casserole. She will be sorely missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her.
May she rest in peace knowing that her family will forever be grateful for the memories and lessons she left behind.
