Elisabeth Small,
Born on October 19, 1982, in Brooklyn, New York, Elisabeth Small was a ray of sunshine. Sadly, on September 7, 2023, her amazing journey on this earth came to an end.
Elisabeth, or Liz as her friends lovingly called her, always had a smile on her face that could light up a room. She had a knack for finding joy in the simplest of things - a blooming flower, a warm cup of tea, or a good book. Her infectious laughter could bring happiness to even the gloomiest of days.
A true believer in spreading positivity, Liz was known for her kind and compassionate nature. She had an uncanny ability to lift the spirits of those around her, often with a well-timed joke or a heartfelt hug. Her warmth and genuine love for others touched the lives of all who knew her.
Aside from her remarkable personality, Liz had a multitude of talents. Her creativity knew no bounds. As a talented artist, she would spend hours lost in her own world, creating breathtaking pieces that evoked emotion from anyone fortunate enough to gaze upon them.
Liz was also known for her love of nature and adventure. She embraced every opportunity to explore the great outdoors, whether it be hiking in the picturesque mountains or enjoying a leisurely stroll along Brooklyn's waterfront. Her adventurous spirit inspired those around her to step out of their comfort zones and truly appreciate the beauty surrounding them.
Although Liz's time here was sadly cut short, her impact on our lives will be everlasting. She taught us to cherish the small moments, find joy in every day, and spread love wherever we go. Her memory will forever remind us to choose happiness, even in the darkest of times.
Liz is survived by her loving parents Marie Wilson and Anthony Small, supportive siblings Dwayne Wilson, Michael Small, Aisha Small and Malik Anderson along with a host of friends who will forever hold her memory dear to their hearts. In lieu of sending flowers or condolences, please honor Liz's memory by performing a random act of kindness and sharing a lighthearted joke with someone who needs it most.
Rest in peace, dear Liz. Your spirit will forever shine brightly in our hearts.
