Elena Licon, born on June 15, 1956, passed away on July 20, 2025, in Tulare, California, United States.

She is survived by her two children, Javier and Raul, as well as three beloved grandchildren.

Elena was known for her warm smile, kind heart, and generous spirit. She loved spending time with her family, cooking delicious meals, and tending to her garden. Elena was a dedicated mother and grandmother, always putting the needs of her loved ones above her own.

She will be deeply missed by all who knew her, but her memory will live on forever in the hearts of those she touched.
