Eleanor Irizarry, born on November 10, 1943 in Norfolk, Virginia, passed away on May 6, 2024. She is survived by her partner Janito Brown, her four children Larry Irizarry, Contina Irizarry, Tamara Hardy, and Clarence Jackson, and her five grandchildren.

Eleanor was the daughter of Eric and Evelyn Irizarry and grew up in Norfolk. She attended Granby High School and continued her studies at Norfolk University. Eleanor was a dedicated member of the Salvation Army organization, where she lent a helping hand whenever she could.

In her free time, Eleanor enjoyed hobbies such as knitting, painting, and sewing. She had a knack for creativity and always had a project in the works.

Eleanor's passing was a result of her battle with lung cancer. Despite her illness, she maintained her positive spirit and sense of humor, always bringing joy to those around her.

She will be dearly missed by all who knew her, but her memory will live on in the hearts of her loved ones.
