Elaine J. PetersonApril 8, 1934 - December 7, 2016Chillicothe, ILElaine "Lanie" Peterson (Becker) died peacefully in OSF Hospice Home on December 7, 2016 in Peoria, IL at the age of 82. Elaine is survived by her children, Cindy M. Hershner and husband, Keith of Glen Rock and John S. Miller Jr. and wife, Cheryl of Chillicothe, IL; nine grandchildren, Jessica, Jason, Gary, Amanda, Brandi, Anna, Daniel, Trenton, Brittany; and 11 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by husband, John S. Miller Sr. and husband, Martin L. Peterson. Elaine was born on April 8, 1934 in Adams County to Lester Becker and Dorothy Becker (Grogg). She graduated from Delone Catholic High School in 1952. Interment of ashes will be at St. Vincent's Cemetery December 27, 2016 at 10 a.m.
