Lainey is preceded in death by her parents Everett T. Kenoyer and Eleanor M. (Triggs) Kenoyer, older brother Buddy, as well as her grandparents who adopted her Everett L. Kenoyer and Edith M. (McCoy) Kenoyer. Elaine is survived by her husband of 47 years Gene, daughter Angela (Matt) Rehbein of Norwalk, IA, granddaughter Hanna, grandson Cole of Santé Fe, NM, honorary grandson Christopher Miller of Des Moines, IA, sister Dorothy Hurst of Marionette, WI, brother Ronald (Kara) Kenoyer of Indianola, IA, niece Shannon (Nicholas) Crawford of Ackley, IA, and their family, niece Melissa (Brian) Bex of Marionette, WI and their family, her beloved Cockatoo ET, as well as numerous other friends and family. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at Peace Lutheran Church on Saturday, September 16th @11am .
