Edwin was the beloved son of Wayne and Janice Coffman. He was a devoted partner to Katie and a dedicated father to his six children: Joshua, Allen, Alan, Gabriella (Gabby), Cassidy (TootsieBear), and Peyton. He was also a proud grandfather to four grandchildren.
