A rosary service will be held Friday, July 7th, 2017 at 7:00 PM at Sykes Funeral Home. Edward passed away on Sunday, July 02, 2017 at VA Hospital in Nashville.He was born on March 09, 1948 in St. Mary's, PA to Wilfred and Leona Young. He was a Veteran of the United States Army and served in the Vietnam War. He was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather and friend. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his sister, Carolyn Pistner, grandson, Steven Young and great-granddaughter, Tinley Marie.He is survived by his wife of 36 years, Helen Zelt Young, children; Troy (Daylene) Young, Stephanie (Craig) Flood, Timothy Smith, Todd (Jim DeCesaro) Pfeufer, Tammy (Curtis) Jensen, and, brother, Wayne (Nancy) Young, brother in law, Harold "Whitey" Pistner, and grandchildren; Gabrielle, Alexandra, Cheyanne, Chelsea, Nicholas, Katie, Andrew, Steffen, Corie, Jaycie, and Lucas.
