Edward Bailey, 90, of Covington, Georgia, passed on August 24, 2023. Edward was born on September 06, 1933. Edward was always the kind of man to help out anyone he could. He loved all of his children, but his grandchildren held a special place in his heart. May he rest in peace along with his lovely wife Dorothy Bailey, who also recently passed away earlier this year
